Is it normal that the heat really stresses me out?

Whenever I get home from school, I'm always really stressed and it's always because of the heat. Is it normal that I get so overwhelmed so easily? Is anyone else like this?

It's actually a symptom of anxiety, love.
It is not normal, in the sense, that only a few will understand what you're going through and how you're feeling.
To release the anxiety towards the heat and other scenarios you:
If you are ever feeling anxious, take a moment to ask yourself why you are feeling that way. If you are worried that something is out of your control, there is no point in worrying about it simply because you have no control over the situation. If you are worried about something that is in your control, you don't need to worry because you are in control of the situation.
If anxiety visits you, you stop what you are doing and notice your feelings. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
    Inhale. Hold. Exhale.
You release yourself from this moment of anxiety.
You are calm. You are safe. You are love. You are peace. All is well with you.
I understand, what it's like. I know I am a stranger, but you don't have to suffer alone.
    Message me, whenever.

Yes. Heat stress out people. Drinking a lot of water and protecting your head from Sun will help you a lot.

    Wish you the best.

Where are you from? I'm in Las Vegas, and it's way too hot here.

What level of heat are you talking about?

Extreme heat can be very stressful and in fact dangerous if you don't wear appropriate clothes, move slowly, drink lots of water and stay out of the sun - it's not rocket science!
