Is it normal that spell check tells me i'm spelling my own damn name wrong?

This really pisses me off. Every time I type my name, spell check says I'm spelling it wrong. It doesn't do that with most other names!! What the hell??

Stupid spell check. I had to double check my birf certificate to make sure that was my actual name and the right spelling. It was right. Now I distrust spell check.

is it normal I'm pissed about this complete and utter lack of respect I get from stupid spell check??

I have a similar problem. When I open MS Word 1995, the paperclip tells me I'm far too sexually appealing to be wasting my days on the computer. Clippy don't know shit.

You can add your name to the custom dictionary, But, while your there, you can tell it to always replace your name with BonerBumBum McNipples. which is better.

You had to check your birth certificate because spell check said you were spelling your name wrong? It says my last name is wrong, but i'm pretty sure I mastered how to spell my own name very young in life!

The birth certificate checking seemed a little excessive. Then scrolling down to see your replies to everyone makes me think you're a troll/asshole/trollhole.

Anyway, yeah spellcheck doesn't recognise all names. Oh well.

Recently spell check told me that instead of writing "I am your new Avon rep.", I should have written, "I are your new Avon rep." Spell check is so stupid sometimes, so I'm going to say that's normal. xD

My spell check spells my name wrong too. It wants me to spell it "Alexander" or "Alexandria" instead of Alexandra. I think that's a pretty standard name to have but spell check hates it.

dappled is fine but spell-check hates dappy. Spellcheck is obviously unaware of the musical brilliance of N-Dubz. Shame on spellcheck. I bet it listens to Mantovani all day.

It does that to my name as well but I like it. It shows I'm different not some average joe. It makes me happy, if you change the way you look at it maybe next time you wont be so boiled up when it does that. Like my brother always says go piss in the bathroom. :/
