Is it normal that southern blacks are nicer than northern blacks

I grew up in the north of the US and the black people were always so rude, loud, stupid, fat, etc. I now live in the south and notice that blacks are totally normal and decent people here. IIN?

    I feel like most people in the South are just friendlier in general as a whole. I live in NJ and it's very unusual to walk down the street and have a stranger say hello. From my experience, whenever I go down South I notice people are just generally nice beings. I couldn't even put gas in my car without having someone come up to chat with me. It was quite enjoyable honestly.

    blacks in the south are constantly paranoid and scared of white people because of decades worth of Jim Crow and legal discrimination, so they are always trying to control their behavior to appear appropriate. blacks in the north in comparison have nothing to fear and behave like wild unruly children with no discipline, no respect for the law, and this is all promoted by a northern liberal culture that doesn't punish them and keep them in line when they try to act above their place in society.

    never lived in the north so I can't compare but I usually don't have many problems with the blacks here in the south that's true, though that could just be because the areas I've lived in didn't have very many.
