Is it normal that sometimes i see my own friend differently?

Am 21(male) and my friend also 21(female). We both are friends for more than 3 years. I care a lot for her and she also does. But sometimes am seeing her sensual parts when it is exposed accidently. I could've turned my head or close my eyes. But am not doing! Am just seeing like a man. I regret slightly after sometime.
