Is it normal that *someone i know* dips their pizza crust in their soda?

So this person, eats their pizza and just dips the crust in their soda and they eat it! I told them that they are weird for doing that. They told me I never know until I try. I tried. I puked...a lot. IIN?

      as a young hatchling I used to take one slice of bread from a sammich and mold it around my fingers to make a "cup" then fill it with apple juice and then later eat the bread that was apple flavored

    The funny thing about this for me is the *someone I know* bit. Why did you do it like that? Is it a matter of national security?

    As for the rest, dampening dry food in something moist to make it easier to swallow? It's why dip exists. And sauce. And butter. And gravy. And why people have a drink with a meal. How long you leave between mouthfuls and gulps is a matter of choice. Cutting the time down to zero is also a choice.
