Is it normal that people have been jerking off led zeppelin's "legacy" too much

I don't understand why people have been on Led Zeppelin's dick for decades. Way overrated,they're ok at best. Plants' vocals are barely understandable, Bonham is really nothing special on drums,and Page has good riffs but terribly weak solos. But does Deep purple get any of the recognition that Led has been getting? No. Now lets say you're one of the people that can't get enough of Led and asking yourself "how does he think this" it's simple. RITCHIE BLACKMORE IS A MUCH BETTER GUITARIST. Not only Ritchie gets the cred but everyone in DP puts forth more musicianship than Led. There are far better classic rock bands than Led, Creedence clearwater revival is just one of them. If you're butthurt about what I've said bout the so called "legends" please don't comment and make me prove to you how Led Zeppelin is TERRIBLE.

    Meh. Kashmir and Stairway to Heaven are two of my favourite classic rock songs. The musicianship isn't necessarily the point, although I don't agree that it's bad. Good musicianship doesn't necessarily have to be technical. You can have your opinion though, what do I care? :P

      Hahaha thanks for not being butthurt..I've been getting so much crap cus of this lol. You're right bout great music doesn't have to be all technical but I hate it when people say that they are. This one guy/girl said Page is far superior than Blackmore...that's just not true.
