Is it normal that people don't trust the gov? how much do your trust them?

The Government is supposed to be elected by the people and work for the people. In short, we interview them [like these debates, etc] and screen them out then hire the best person for the job. They all come to us with a lot of promises etc but in the end do they earn out trust?

Do these elected officials lie to us, steal from us, create laws to imprison us and generally make our lives worse? Or is everything they do really for our benefit?

    No Human Being has power over another .....anyone who believes they have authority over someone else because a polatician said so are no more than a brainwashed robot......

    The only power that is real is your physical strength

    Governments are usually ALWAYS the ones in history that kill their own people. Dont trust them. Dont trust politicians anyway.

    Do your own research on each of them. To see whos trustable and whos not. But most of them are corrupt

    I'm not 100% trusting that they're making efficient use of their money or their time. They don't fuck up everything though.

    They all lie to get in office so they can make money and get a great retirement plan. And work for special interest groups or companies. They love Lobbyists !!
    AND COME OUT OF OFFICE RITCHER.

    The B. S. Treasury is stealing people's inheritances because they and OBUMA bankrupted the country , so the Treasury lies and says they have no money.
    They have $ 40 trillion and they say it's all alocated.
    We all know the government is dysfunctional and they lie every time they open their big fat mouths.
    They are all crooked , underhanded , corrupted shysters.
    They can't handle their own finances , let alone the whole country's finances.
    That's why they bankrupted the country.
    The USA is the next Greece.

    It's not that i don't trust the government in a paranoid way or thinking they want to screw me over it's that i believe just like a lot of other organisations a large percent of the government are incompitent, have you seen the thick of it? Wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't actually too far off haha

    I think that most get into it with good intentions but that the situation in government makes it difficult there is a lot of corruption and it effects all of them.
