Is it normal that parents who things baby gurgles are talking!?

So this week I've had the displeasure of reading 2 "news" stories about babies (a matter of weeks old) "clearly" talking? One was apparently saying "hello" n the other saying "I love you" neither of them were clear and we're obviously just gurgles with the baby mimicking the noises they heard! Some parents are idiots!!!
