Is it normal that my tongue tickles/tingles when i see/watch a cute baby/child?

My brothers all experience the same sensation, but I'm not sure we have the same triggers. When we were little kids, we tickled the bottoms of each other's feet with leftover wooden popsicle sticks, and called it "Tickle Taste" because you could literally feel the tickle sensation on the back of your tongue, or at least I did!

Anyway, whenever I spend time with a baby who's doing something funny/cute, and sometimes even with little kids, I get tickle taste... It's almost like the muscle in my tongue begins to vibrate/tingle in response to me perceiving anything as cute / endearing... It's a very odd psychosomatic reaction, and I'm curious to know if any of you weirdos share my experience! LOL Thanks for reading, this is dead serious, not a joke!

Weird but cool. Whenever I see something gross--painful gross-- like a severe wound or a broken bone or stitches my butt literally aches in the strangest way possible. Just a weird reaction I get to some things.

My lower back gets an odd burning/restless feeling whenever I get haircuts. I don't like getting haircuts much.
