Is it normal that my scrotum turns hard when i come out of a swimming pool?

ok, when i was about 9 years old I noticed that after i came out of the pool my scrotum would turn hard and smaller. is this normal?

    I think it's normal. As Eva said, it was probably the change in temperature or it could have been a reaction from the chlorine.

    It's normal. Nothing to be concerned about. It's your body protecting itself like your hands and feet doing the same thing when spending a lot of time in the water.
