Is it normal that my precum is some times very sticky?

Not always, but some times my pre-cum is very sticky, such that when wiping it off, whatever type of paper I used rips off and sticks to my hand or dick. Its like instant glue.

I don't know if its different, say in someones mouth. I just notice it when cleaning up. I have noticed its very watery and clear at these times. But stringy sticky, if you know what I mean. like its spidermans web fluid almost. Almost, not quite that bad, but as an example.

Anyone else experience this? Do you know what causes it? certain diet?

    This is why I use socks. Black for feet. White for jizz.

      Doesn't that rub this skin off your dick? I rubbed my hand on carpet and got burns, socks almost feel the same. I can't imagine vigorously rubbing a sock off my dick, grinding and burning all the skin off, when it's uncomfortable enough when my pants touch it.
