My erect penis is 4 inches long, which is on the smaller end of the spectrum, and I think my main problem is that I am uncircumcised. Guys who are circumcised don't have the foreskin and as a result they can easily see their head when they have an erection. But apparently I have never pulled back my foreskin, and even when I have tried it has been painful so I stopped. I feel like my penis is actually longer than I'm seeing because my foreskin is getting in the way and because I never managed to pull it back to reveal the head of the penis.

    That's actually a medical problem, where the foreskin fails to retract. See a doctor.

    You should start masturbating more. Little by little, the foreskin will be loosened and you will be able to pull it all the way back to reveal the head of your penis.

      i dont think thats the reason, i masturbate everyday sometimes twice. but i dont do it with my hands, i prefer to lay down on my bed and just rub my cock on the soft mattress until i cum, thats the way i been doing it ever since i started jacking off 14 years ago.

    Foreskin does not affect the length of your penis but you should be able to pull it back without struggle so go see a doctor.

    The foreskin should pull back (see a doctor). Having a foreskin is definitely not going to make your penis shorter.
