Is it normal that my neck smells like cheese after i eat melted cheese?

It REEKS. I have to shower immediately after eating melted cheese.
Is this normal?

    Don't let it drip on your neck when you eat it. Maybe wear a bib.

    No. What part of your neck smells like cheese? Near your mouth or in the back? If its near your mouth then it's probably being caused by dripping cheese. Either way, if think you should play it safe and see a doctor.
