Is it normal that my mother touch my penis while itching?

Before judging me, I want to let you know the details of situation here.

I was getting high itches on the private part and around that part of my body before 2 months.

I was itching like crazy. It started giving me pain. It started kindling.

I told my mother about this. We went to a doctor who is a skin specialist.

He checked and wrote some medicines, because it was an infection. He also asked me to put some powders on it.

He warned me that if I will rub there few more times, then the blood can come out. My mom was listening this and she was scared off by this.

When we reached at home, she told me that I will not touch there for 1 month. She also asked not to go to school for 1 month.

I asked her that how will I pee without touching there. She told me that she will do this for me. I was scared off now and asked her that how can she touch me there.

She replied that she is my mom and have right to do this. She also said that she will do it softly so that I will be alright within 1 month. I tried to convince her but she was not accepting my words.

I was trying to ran towards bathroom, but she stopped me and said that she will also come with me inside bathroom, otherwise I can't go alone.
