Is it normal that my mom's nipples are always hard?

My nipples get flaccid and don't stick out at all. My mom's nipples are always hard and pointy! No one has ever sucked on them (no babies anyways). They're so hard.

    you know they sell bra's that have points on them as if you're nipples are hard all the time. my grandmother wore them all the time, and I thought she was excited all the time, my bad
