Is it normal that my head gets all dizzy and throbs when i turn and/or get up?

My head gets all dizzy when I turn and get up. It started when I woke up today. It happens every month around. I can't turn my head quickly. I hit my head when I was 7 and it bled a little but I don't think that would affect it. Would it??? Does anyone else have that happen? My head feels like it is going to pop off of my body. Lol ik I'm a freak. Is it normal???

More than likely low blood pressure, when you stand just try not to jump up quickly.

When you stand your blood pressure naturally drops, so sufferers of low blood pressure will often experience dizziness and even blackouts and fainting. It's not an uncommon problem.

If you're that concerned, see your family doctor or go to a pharmacy and ask for a blood pressure check (should be free).

That sounds similar to the symptoms of a concussion.

How long do concussions last? I didn't get dizzy until I was a little older. And yes, I know that this tells who wrote this now but I don't care

Wow, I honestly have no idea. But I feel like there was some damage... You should definitely see a doctor.

        It sounds serious.

It could be postural hypotension or a brain injury you should get an MRI.
