Sounds like she is purposely inflicting pain or is totally clueless. Did you tell her it hurts, to trim her nails, not be rough, and wait until you’re ready? Also show her the marks she’s leaving. If she knows she’s doing it, you’ll have to decide if she can change her ways or if you need to move on.
It is not normal to leave marks and cause pain during sex play unless the receiver specifically wants that, and obviously you don’t.
