Is it normal that my girlfriend gets a headache almost everytime we go out?

I don't think there's anything wrong with her, she gets headaches when she goes out with her friends too. But it bothers me that the day automatically turns shitty just because she has a headache, she just sits with her hand in her head and barely speaks. And I can't even try to make a joke or anything to lighten up the mood, I can't even touch her. She says that she can't tolerate pain, which I think is a bunch of bullcrap.
is it normal my girlfriend gets a headache everytime we go out and she ends up in a shitty mood and so do I?

Maybe it's not just a headache, it's a migraine, you insensitive prick.

She should look into getting treatment, if it is, rather than suffering.

She should speak to a doctor, and you should treat her better.

Not normal. But that doesn't mean it isn't real to HER. Even if it IS all in her head, it's real to her. Get her to a doctor. She might have cluster headaches. Sounds like it. Psilocybin helps with em. Once a month can keep them away. For some people anyway.

There are a number of things that can cause headaches. One could actually be related to dentistry. Brushing your teeth when you have a headache can sometimes fix this. Or there could be a nerve effected by a filling which cant be helped. Or tooth decay/damage that can effect a nerve. She might also be grinding her teeth when sleeping. Other things like dehydration and stress can be a big factor to. I'd get to the bottom of these headaches and get them fixed..

    1. She really needs to see a doctor as this can be serious.
    2. You need to treat her better.

Have you suggested bringing ibuprofen with her so when she gets a headache she can take some?

Ibuprofen doesn't do anything for my migraines, if anything it makes it worse because I get frustrated it isn't working.
