Is it normal that my friend is fine with his 19 year old son being a porn actor

To parents of boys out there, how would you feel if your son/sons get into porn and become porn actors?
The son of a close friend of mine, is 19 years old, and I've seen him grow up since he was born. I've changed his diapers when he was a baby, babysat him when he was younger, and let him play around with my own sons who are his age, then.
He grew to be a very good-looking guy, he's on the football and swimming teams in his high school, so he's got a muscular athletic build. When he was 18 last year, he was asked if he wanted to get into porn (straight porn) and he said yes. He started going to this adult film studio where he was asked to have sex on camera with a girl, and he got paid for it.
He's 19 now, and he still does porn. From what I've heard, he's done over 120 sex scenes so far with all different women. And the porn he does is pretty hardcore stuff, like one time he had sex with four women all in one scene, and all four women took turns giving him oral sex. His dad who's my close friend knows about his son being in porn and he's actually ok with it. He says his son is pretty good at being a porn star, so he lets him do it, and it doesn't really bother him. He says his son is a grownup and if he wants to have sex on camera, he's free to do it.
I'm a dad of five sons (they're 15, 16, 17, 19, 21 years old) and I can't ever imagine being ok with any of them becoming porn actors. Now, I keep hearing stories about the things he's done in porn, and I can't believe the young guy that I watched grow up as a child is now having sex with more than a hundred girls on camera (and he's only 19 years old!).
Is it normal for a parent to be ok that his kid is in porn, and having sex with all those women on camera?
