Is it normal that my fingers got one large red bump on each of my fingers?

My friend and I went out to a park and when we left the park i found these fairly large red bumps on all of my fingers except my thumbs, and they are only on the tips of my fingers, I have never had this problem before, and neither has my mom, has anyone ever had this before?
