Is it normal that my feet and hands are always cold?

This isn't something crazy, just more of a health question lol.
I noticed this year during the winter my feet and hands have been freezing. I didn't really experience this until this year. I have lost thirty pounds, maybe that has something to do with it.
For example, it was only 70 today, not cold, not hot, just perfect in my opinion. And my feet felt like ice. My mom is always telling me to put socks on ALL the time. I was just wondering if it was normal or not.

Ok, well that could've been a possible explanation. Smoking is known to cause this issue.

Same. Even when its hot outside my feet are always freezing... I'm told it's normal, just poor circulation... It happens especially if you're tall/skinny I think

Well, extremities normally get cold easier than the rest of the body. However, if they're getting colder than the actual temperature in your surroundings for seemingly no reason, that sounds like a blood flow problem. I'd see a doctor.
