Is it normal that my ex texts me on a daily basis?

He left me about 3 months ago now. But the thing is, he texts me every single day. He has not cut contact since the breakup. The only time we didn't talk was for a week when I ignored him. He knows I still love him. I don't understand the point of keeping in constant contact with me if he was the one who wanted to leave.

Any opinions?

    Hard to say without knowing more details. But some people don't want someone, but still want to think that person still wants them. Good for them, bad for you. He may also not want you, but not want anyone else to have you. Bad for both of you. I'd say go silent for a long while.

    Two possibilities. He still loves you and is having a hard time letting go. Or he is keeping u as a 'back burner bitch' incase his main squeeze bails on him.

      No, the break up was sudden and a complete shock to me. Apparently he was "in love" with some other girl who didn't feel the same.
