Is it normal that my dog has magic powers?

(sigh) I know no one will believe me.
But here it goes -
I had a Chips Ahoy cookie in my hand. I walked out to the back porch to look at something. My dog was back there. Anyways a few seconds later, I felt something on my hand. I looked down and the cookie, I swear, had magically disappeared!

My dog and i were the only ones on the back porch. the ONLY explanation I can come up with is he has magic powers! How else would the cookie vanish?
I know it wasn't David Fucking Copperfield! (yes that is his legal middle name)

    Hopefully the dog didn't eat it seeing as how chips ahoy contain chocolate.
    But yeah, dogs are pretty sneaky. I could totally see a dog nabbing a cookie with some sort of special dog ability.
