okay guys, recently i was playing with my penis which is pretty saggy, but anyway next thing i notice is that it has thousands of like yellowish lumps all around the bell. i thought maybe it will jsut clear up but now its just spreading and getting bigger, is this normal? will it clear up? ps its now been 7 months and it just keeps spreading.. help

    As a quick guess I would say that would be pearly penile papules but you should go to the doctor instead of asking random people on the internet.

    This sounds like an STD. I unfortunately had to view a picture when I was in my medical coarse.. I could be wrong, and it could be what Darkoil said, but I would get it checked out. You definitely need some sound doctors advice on this one.

    Around the corona of the glans is probably pearly penile papules like the first poster said. But if you have them in another place on your penis it might be Fordyce's spots, as they are lumpier.     There's a pic there of them on a penis. The yellowness you mention is slightly disturbing, but if they're Fordyce's spots or papules they're completely harmless enlarged glands. The second answer is dumb, you most likely do not have warts or another disease like that.
