Is it normal that my circumcision scar is so sensitive?

So, I was circumcised when I was a baby, newborn I think. And I have a wee scar that runs around the middle of my cock from it, most guys that have been cut have the same thing. My question is, is it supposed to be sensitive? Like... It's right across my frenulum and I think it might have something to do with it and how young I was when it was done, stem cells probably replaced the cut area making it much more sensitive, do other guys that were cut at birth have this issue too? I don't have anything to really compare it to because I have been this way me entire life btw I'm 25 years old.

      They don't dig their own stretch marks XD . . . and I think the only cool scars are battle scars.

    Very normal and standard with most of us. I haven't seen the "Chicks digging my scars, but they are welcome. You are as normal as the rest of us after circumcision. (:

    Fact: Circumcised men get more enjoyment when recieving oral sex compared to un-circumcised men, due to the very reason stated above in the post.

    Sensitive bad or sensitive good? At least you don't have that type of scar where the skin goes from like tanned to bright pink at the line... looks like an animal peen EWWW
