So... my boyfriend(were a gay couple) asked me if i would mind a OPEN relationship. does that mean im not enough?? or he just want to experience more?

Anyway, it's not normal and you should consider to end the relationship since a question like that shows that he doesn't love you and either wants to keep looking for "the one" or simply wants to fuck other men since you're not interesting enough in bed (anymore). Either way, if this bothers you, simply talk to him about it.
Straight or not, it goes to show that he doesn't really love you when he is willing to share you with someone else.
It is okay for him to ask. But you should reconsider if your ideas of relationship are compatible enough to continue being in a relationship with one another or that you both should move on to more compatible partners.
He's already found someone he wants to fuck and is looking for a free pass.
