My boyfriend is really rough while fingering me and I've even bled before because of this. He assumed it was because i was on my period and even asked me if i was. I told him i wasn't and he just shrugged and kept doing it. He doesn't cut his nails often so it feels like he's digging them into me. He gave me a hickey and bit my neck so hard it started to bleed. He's very oblivious to how rough he is and thinks that when I'm groaning because of how much something hurts, I'm moaning because it feels good. This turns him on and makes him do whatever he's doing even more and even harder. He wants to have sex but I'm scared that will hurt even more especially because I'm a virgin. How do i confront him? Is he doing this on purpose or just oblivious? I don't want to make things awkward or hurt his feelings

    If he's hurting you, tell him. He should care about your safety and comfort. If he doesn't, do you really want anything to do with someone so inconsiderate?

    I personally think you should dump him! I'm not a betting woman, but if I was I'd bet he's more of a sadistic, controlling piece of narcissist/sociopath garbage than some poor oblivious fool. I have drawn my conclusions based on the fact that he's drawing blood. Love yourself and be willing to believe that you deserve more and better. Don't waste your love on this awful person. Give your virginity to someone worthy of your love, not some selfish bastard.

    If you feel you simply must talk to him about these issues meet him in a public place like a quiet little coffee shop and address your concerns there. Also a meeting in a public place is a great way to dump him! Make sure your friends and family know where you're going and what you're planning to do. You can also dump this guy via text. Just say something like, I don't like how rough and inconsiderate you are when we're intimate and I don't want to see you anymore as a result. Technically I don't think you owe him an explanation. Anyone who shrugs off physically hurting you is not someone whose feelings who need to take into enough consideration to waste your time with explanations.
