Is it normal that my boyfriend is kind of always expecting us to break up?

We have been dating for only 3 months, but he is CONSTANTLY saying things like "If we still dating by christmas I'm going to introduce you to my parents" or "if we still dating by new year's eve i'm going to take you to a big party" and stuff like that... And honestly I dont like it cause it sound like he's expectingfor us to break up at any second... Is this normal?!!

    Maybe he's nervous you're going to break up with him.

    He seems like he is being realistic actually. 3 months is not that long to know someone or to be going steady. Usually you don't start really getting to know someone until you have known them for about a year or so. I don't think he means anything against you when he says that.
