I am a bisexual lady and very proud to be but lately this has proved to be a bit of an issue. I have mostly dated women since I was a teenager but I recently entered into my first relationship with a guy. We have sex frequently but every now and again, I just don't feel up for it and opt to watch porn in order to get off quickly. My boyfriend is very bothered by this and feels rejected as he knows that it is the female body that I focus on.

Is it normal for my boyfriend to feel so jealous of porn?

    I'm pretty sure this is normal. Just think about it from a different perspective, if he was choosing to watch porn rather than have sex with you, I'm sure you'd feel kind of shitty about yourself. I know I would.

    I don't get it. Why are you proud to be bi? Are you proud that you have 2 arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes and 2 ears? Are you proud you have hair, a mouth and a nose?
    Is being bi something you have worked very hard for? Something you have achieved after years of struggle and remorseless dedication?

      I understand where you are coming from but if someone has the propensity to feel shame about something, they also have the propensity to feel pride. I highly doubt there is any stigma attached to having a mouth or a nose! It takes an awful lot of work to come to terms with certain aspects of yourself so why not express pride?

        How many come on here hating their looks; big nose, tiny mouth, etc.
        Since shame is no more acceptable than pride at who one is in this case, I just have never understood it and see it in many cases (gay pride events) as an "in your face" attitude.
        Since I have no prejudice against gays, I really do not appreciate the "in your face" attitude so many seem to have (not speaking of you here, just generally).

    Sure its normal ... He´s insecure because you have dated mostly girls since your teenage years. Now you are dating him but still looking at female bodys in porn ... Put your self in his shoes and tell me if you wouldn´t be scared that he leaves you for another guy you don´t know. If you are not, that maybe you don´t really love him .
