OK so this something that keeps happening and I am findind a little strange...
everytime I am really upset... like crying, really unwell or in really bad pain my boyfriend gets a huge hard on...

For example...
If we have a big arguement and im upset and start crying if go to hug him I can feel he has a hard dick,
It even happens when Im crying over something that is nothing to do with him even if its something really serious

And even more weird... if I am ill, really sick or in pain he gets an even bigger hard on...
For example... if I have tummy cramps or I am screaming in pain from period pains... or if I hurt myself ... his dick gets so hard... I have just noticed by if I go to cuddle him he already has a huge hard on!!!

one time I had swine flu... I looked like death, was shaking and so so ill, I couldnt do anything I was pretty helpless and very weak and he said he was the most turned on he had felt ... even tho we were sitting apart

I do not understand its a bit weird as I want to be comforted and not in that kind of way... ive asked him why this happens and why it turns him on and he said he doesnt know...!??! can anyone explain this or understand this? IS THIS NORMAL!?!!?!?

    Yeah that's a creepy fetish of his. I'd be careful around him because he obviously gets off on you being hurt in some way. Be very careful around him.

    What a load of bollocks. Seeing you cry turns him on simple. This sort of thing is submissive or shows weakness he knows your sick weak or upset and can dominate you with his sympathy and give you security by having you when your venerable. Sounds a lot more plorsable than the above.

    Interestingly, I think this is fairly normal; let me explain. There are many situations under which a man gets a hard on, some of these are overtly sexual (seeing a nude attractive body), some are emotional (sharing an intimate romantic moment with a partner). Women may think that these are the only situations under which any healthy-minded male would get a hard on, and they'd be so wrong.

    I remember being in the 5th grade and having one of the most persistent hard-ons I had ever experienced up until that point. It must have lasted for hours and till today I still do not know why it came on in the middle of a class day when I wasn't aroused by any sight, idea or incident.

    Psychological arousal is also very powerful for adults. Associating different situations, acts, objects etc with sex can cause for those situations, acts and objects to provide the necessary arousal in the absence of a sexual situation. Maybe your man has seen porn videos with sickly women. Maybe he enjoys the sight of a woman emotionally wracked and tearful as it gives him a sense of power (because he's either the one causing the tension or he's the one with the power to relieve it), maybe he experienced his most intense and fulfilling past sexual encounters with a lady who was in one of those situations you have described yourself in. Who knows?

    The bottom-line is that he seems to have a fetish going on, and if it is causing you any type of significant discomfort, you and him might have to have a couple more serious discussions about it.
