my boyfriend will blow up a condom before he puts it on is that normal , he just blows air into it then puts it on , hes the first person i know to do this .

is it normal ????

    The factory does that before your boyfriend does.

    Factory says: "FIRST!"

    agree with the above comments. if he complains that he cant get them on otherwise, then try a different brand or size.

    He's probably checking for holes, sometimes they have holes, theres no evidence that the factory checks them all

    Uhh you are definitely not supposed to do that. That can cause it to break.
