If you enjoy your prolonged sessions, I have difficulty seeing how this is a problem. Your post-sex vaginal discomfort obviously is a problem, though. This is usually due to micro-abrasions caused by excessive friction. You could try to make it a point to be well-hydrated when you know you're going to have sex. Also, there's no shame in using a lubricant. Some women have vaginas that are naturally very juicy, and some don't (which is one the reasons why annual global sales of sexual lubricant total something close to billion dollars). If you're having multiple orgasms and you're still drying out, then give yourself a break and introduce lube to your sex. If you're not having multiple orgasms during these prolonged sessions, then you and your boyfriend should be experimenting with other positions and techniques which increase the stimulation your clitoris receives.
