Is it normal that my bf doesn't like me to kiss him on other places during sex?

He doesn't like me to kiss him in any other places like his back, neck, ears, legs, etc. He says it tickles (or if it's on his head/forehead, that he just doesn't like it) but it just makes me crazy that I can't do other stuff during the business! He kisses me all over but I just can't.

Also I'm not sure why but everytime we'll kiss and bite our lips. But that's it. No tongue. I've been told to be a great kisser, I don't think I'm too intense or anything. And I did tried to hint him to kiss me passionatelly or some things like that but he'll do it once and go back to the same kissing habits.

I mean, we've been together for about 3 years, the sex is amazing, also I love giving head to him but I don't know if it's just me or what. So, is it normal?

I'm a girl, 20. He's 23.

    He sounds really lame in bed =p there's plenty of guys out there that will do anything you like. So no its not normal, I guess the real question is can you be happy in this relationship without these things or will they continue to bother you?
