my friend and i have been together for along time over 7 years now . as we grew older i got introduced to one guy that got into me . we spent too much time on the tel. i actually didnt like that but i didnt want to offend him coz i felt he liked me and we began developing feeling towards eachother . anyway i didnt had anytime for my friend we used to talk everyday but when i was with him i talked to her less . she confessed to me that she was feeling jealous coz he took me from her . i was mad at her and dont know is this jealousy over me is normal or just overdraining friendship ?

    Thats a normal reaction considering how long the friendship is. Though you need to make her understand that you need to make time for other people in your life, not just her now. And this may happen alot in your case you could move one day, and eventually meet new people in your life always, sooner or later.

    Don't let her think your pushing her away, assure her that you will make time for her also. If you still want to be friends with her that is, considering the length of your friendship.

    Well after junior high these "problems" become less an less relevant in a mature adults life.

    just be careful with how much time you invest in your boyfriend, it is an investment and when it doesn't last, you've lost all that time with your friends and they've moved on. trust a person who's lost a lot of time and friends to dumb failed relationships
