Is it normal that my aunts husband asks these questions?

ok so i won't go into the long version of this. i will just give a summary and you can judge based on that. ok so my aunts husband lives next door to me. i am a college student who lives at home. basically a few weeks ago, i caught my aunts husband looking through my window while i was nude. the moment he realised i saw he left. i told people in my family who just brushed it off saying oh he's harmless. so i let it go, that is until today. i was in a car with him going home from college (i have told my family i don't want to be around him but i as just said, harmless) anyways he started asking what i thought were inappropriate questions about my sexual orientation and past relationships. he outright asked me if i had ever had sex before and what else i had done. i tried to give him very little info while still being polite. any info he managed to get he clung to asking loads of questions about it. he learned certain things about me that he said were a turn on for him. is asking questions like this normal based on what i just described?
