Is it normal that my 13 year old sis is having recuring dreams about sex?

She's never had sex before and she said the dreams started two days ago. She's way too young to even be thinking about sex, and I don't know how to help her.

    These days, sex is everywhere. Her dreams could be steaming from a variety of things like something she saw on tv or something her friends told her about or typical teenage hormones, etc.

    It would only be a problem if things started getting out of hand and she begins to unreasonably want to act out her dreams. You could bring up concerns with your parents or another trusted adult.
