When we were much younger, we used to hang out all the time. We were the best of friends, I was 3 years older than her though. I think I was like 9 or 10. And I think it started out by just doing this thing where we'd tickle each other's legs. And somehow we began licking each other's private area. We'd do this everytime we had a sleepover, but we never talked about it and nobody ever knew.
It's weird because now she is a full blown lesbian and I'm not.

    It's normal for kids to experiment, but I don't think it's chance she's a lesbian. She was exploring her curiosity for it, and found it was for her. You found it was not for you.

    It's pretty common for young kids to do this sort of stuff, cousin or not. The fact that she's now a lesbian and you're not doesn't really mean anything though, that's just chance :)
