Is it normal that me and my best friend made out

Ok so, before everything I tell everything, when this incident happened we were in middle school and right now we are in highschool so it's been a while since this happened but it keeps popping up In my head, so on to the story.
Me and my friend has been friends for 3 years, ( going on 4 ). And a few months to a year ago, she invited me to her house over the weekend to just hang out. She knows I'm bisexual because I'm open about it and I know she it too cuz she told me before, but besides that; I don't see her in a sexual or " in a more than friends" kind of way. Anyways, she invited me over as I thought it was going to be a regular night. Which it was until it got later in the night around 10-11pm after her parents were asleep. She was on her phone FaceTimeing a guy which was showing her his dick and she would show me and i would just ignore it because I m not into that anyways, she randomly asked me this question "Hey _my name_ Would you ever give me and Aussie kiss ( a "kiss" on her vagina ) and I thought she was just doing it in a joking manner so I just said and laughed. And about 10-20 minutes after she finally asked if she can kiss me. I hesitated for a minute and slowly said yes cause she was my best friend and was my first kiss. I thought it was gonna be a peck but she kissed me and instantly put her tongue in my mouth. She pulled back and asked if I was ok and wanted to know if I wanted her to stop or not, I said no I'm good and we just went fucking at it. We've been French kissing and mouth sucking for about half an hour or more. She's been touching my boobs she was making me touch her butt and her boobs. But like I said I wasn't sexually attracted to her cause I only saw her as a friend so I didn't go much further than touching her butt. And then that night her and her das took me back home because I was afraid thing would go deeper that night. So I just went home. A day after that we went to school and after pe the girls and I would go get dressed in the locker room and me and my best friend are always the last ones out because I walk home and her mom picks her up. She told told me to wait for her so I did and out of no where she pushed me up against the lockers and made out with me for about 5-10 seconds. I was surprised. So she doesn't do that to me no more but I don't know if our friendship is entirely normal because I do not know whether or not if it's friend with benefits type of thing or a one time thing. And I know currently she is single and I think I am getting more feelings now. But she calls her other friend her boo and acts kind of gay towards her but her friend has bf. and I'm kind of tempted to ask her but she annoys me, makes me laugh, and just gives me a good vibe every time I'm around her. But she is also known to be a hoe caus she told me most of her um encounters. So I'm really confused.
