Is it normal that improper grammar bothers me but i do it all the time?

When I hear someone use improper grammar I get pissed off, but then I do it all the time. this is bring hipacritaicl, or however you spell it >.< .

    Improper grammar is bothersome, that's why I double check what I write. However, I don't have perfect grammar myself so I don't really mind minor mistakes.
