Is it normal that imagining how i would kill someone helps me fall aslep?

When I'm having trouble falling asleep due to some outside reason, it helps me to imagine how I would kill the person responsible for keeping me awake. I would never actually kill anyone, but fantasizing about it is so satisfying.

It's repulsive and disgusting! You're a horrible person.

How would you kill them, exactly?

I think it's normal. When I wake up and I hear someone talking or just watching TV I suddenly feel really angry so I imagine torturing that person and I feel better.

    Totally normal,

The brain is a funny thing, when I can't sleep at night I try to think of things FAR away from what I'm familiar with. It seems like it would be the opposite since my brain would have to work harder on stuff I don't know, but it's exactly the other way.

Like I'll try to imagine how beautiful our world would be without religion, or I'll try and figure out the amazing prosperity of the earth if no one with an IQ under 70 was born.

I do the same thing! My retarded sister is always screaming at everything when I'm trying to sleep and I have to wake up early the next morning for training. She's so disrespectful and selfish >:-(

I do the same thing. Except I'm the one in that position...lol... I hate it. But I guess it's a masochist thing.

I dream periodically that I killed someone 10 years ago and I am worrying constantly about being caught.
