Is it normal that im still in love with my ex boyfriend and love my current gf

Hi. So basically, Im bisexual, and I was in a long distance relationship with this one guy a couple years ago, and even though we broke up however long ago, he was my first love and I just never really lost feelings. I feel kinda stupid 'cause he's moved on. I currently have a girlfriend, I've known her since jr. high, and I'm completely in love with her. So is it normal to be in love with two ppl at the same time D:

You have to love one of them more than the other in some sort of way..right?

Ok, Forget what the others ma be saying, I know that feeling well, You don't have to "Love one more than the other". Its hard, And deciding can be harder, But really whatever is going on at the current moment is good to stick through, Trust your gut, And stay friends with your EX if possible, Who knows? Life is a real crazy ride, And do take relationships and your life seriously, but remember, Life's more than a little crazy, so don't stress about it, Life's too short to let it slip you by.

You can never love two men (or people) equally... ever. Sonetimes your mind plays games and makes the inferior one seem more realistic.

  • Although you felt affection for that guy you guys have split apart and he's moved on and will probably continue to be uninterested. First loves are hard to get over but you have to understand that you've started dating again and should be focused on your girlfriend instead of a guy that has moved on. And a long distance relationship is not a healthy one. It is one if the most destructive elements involved in a relationship so don't worry about him. Focus on what you currently have.
