About a year ago my boyfriend dumped me in a text. I'm finally over that jerk, but now I'm starting to have feelings for his best friend (who actually introduced me to my ex.) I think he likes me too. We're always flirting and laughing. He's my best guy friend. Is it normal? Should I go for it?

    As a girl I would say it is completely normal but, unless he sacrifices his friendship with your ex I wouldn't go for it. Guys think weirdly and generally speaking they won't go for "used goods" which were used by their friends. It is like picking up garbage. I am just afraid you are setting yourself up for another disappointment. On a sidenote Russians have this old quote, "tell me about who your friends are and I will tell you about you". Are you maybe into him because he is so much like your ex? In any way, I would just stay away from exes all together... Best of luck to you!
