Is it normal that i would get a selective reduction if i concieved twins?

I'm not pregnant or a mom at the moment but I told myself that if I ever changed my mind about having kids and sought out fertility treatments such as IUI or IVF, that I would have a strict 1-child limit on myself. I know it's normal for a woman to get a SR in the case of triplets or more but I would have a strong desire to NOT have twins even. I happen to be a twin myself.

    What's wrong with having a kid the "old fashioned way", through lovemaking?
    Twins normally skip a generation, anyway.
