Is it normal that i work out to over-compensate?
I am a female and all of my life, I have been taunted for being very thin. I'm a B-cup with a 26 inch waist line and 36 inch hips and, females especially, have always given me shit for having "no figure" and a flat chest.
I spent most of my life being down on myself and wearing unflattering clothes until recently. I started working out and eating less fast food and now, I have a much more fit and toned appearance. I have received quite a few compliments for my figure and I have realized that thin and toned is actually attractive, both to myself and others.
I'm working out to compensate for having a "non-feminine" body, as I'm told, and I was wondering if it's normal?
