Is it normal that i wont masturbate until ive taken a dump?

Its like an OCD thing i have where i will not masturbate and ejaculate regardless of how horny i feel. Im not sure why but i just wont, maybe cuz i feel if i do it will mess up parts of my bowels or something. So whenever i go for a good dump ill usually masturbate a while after and it feels great. Also maybe cuz the excrement that was building up is gone i guess i feel cleaner.
