Is it normal that i wish i were born a girl?

I typically find myself distressed about the fact that i was born a male on a frequent bases. I hate having all the male body features and i find being treated like a average guy distasteful. Is this normal?

The sad part is you really never can be either. You can become trans but you can never actually be a female.

    Too bad. You can't.

You're trans. That's like the most basic definition of dysphoria.

You have gender dysmorphia, but talk to someone just to make sure. If you do get a proper diagnosis you can proceed to get treatment, whether that involves actually transitioning. Best of luck.

Apart from on the dating scene and within the feminist movement, there are hardly any advantages to being a woman.

Period pains are apparently extremely painful, childbirth is also apparently excruciating yet a necessary part of most women's lives, menstruation isn't something you can "hold in" by simply squeezing your pelvic floor muscles, and to be fair to women everywhere, if I uncontrollably bled copious amounts of blood from my cock for 3 or 4 days every month, I'd be a cantankerous little shit for those 3 or 4 days as well!

Men on the other hand have all their lives to work on becoming successful, muscular, high-status men (who are stereotypically the most attractive guys according to most women).

Men have it better than women in a lot of ways, and that's not something that will change because the advantages to being male are almost entirely biological.

The only healthy option is to put on women's skirts, a fake high voice, and mutilate your penis + testicles to create a faux vagina, and repeatedly tell yourself in your head that you're a woman.

That's not a "healthy" option. Gender dysphoria, or sexual identity disorder as it was formerly known, is a disease.

It should be treated the same as schizophrenia, because your comment highlights EXACTLY what it can lead to if left untreated.

I now live in Thailand and have been based here for over 30 years.
There are three genders here socially but not bureaucratically. Many male children turn to their female side and become kathoeys at puberty.
The thing is they are better looking and far more sexy and reliable than the Thai ladies themselves.
So you are not unusual you are just being you, live your life your way and I wish you happiness.
