once i got into highschool i wanted to tell my parents(especially my dad) that im gay so i could be kicked out of my house. I know it sounds strange, but i was under a lot of pressure then and i was failing 2 classes even though i tried hard in one of them, it was only because i was late all the time. my teacher was a fucking cunt for giving me detentions, all i did was get to class a little late. anyways, i packed all my stuff to get ready to leave, but when i told him i didnt get kicked out. he was surprisingly accepting. I wanna know was this a normal thing for a teenager to feel, or am i crazy?

    Stop being a lazy cunt, get up earlier so that you can get to school on time.

    Getting kicked out of the house and leaving school because nobody is there to force you to go is pure stupidity!

    You have no future without an education and might as well get a job at the council collecting garbage, because that is all that you are going to be suitably qualified for without an education!

    It's normal.

    I wanted to quit high school and get a job due to my parents fighting all the time and putting me in the middle of everything. I was getting to school late, failing most of my classes, and generally not giving a fuck. Eventually, that all stopped and I went to college, etc.

    You're in luck to have such understanding parents, just be super honest, tell them how stressed out you are, and apologize for pretending to be gay to get kicked out.
