Is it normal that i want to hurt someone

Every time someone annoys me I constantly feel like hurting them, usually if they annoy me once and for a little bit I just think about once and never again like a girl in computer class who's playing music on her phone and not even doing work makes me want to slam her head into the computer (this didn't happen just an example of how I feel) but if they have been annoying me for a while then when I'm alone I walk back and forth thinking how I'm going to do it, when I'm going to do it, the many ways I can cut and eliminate it, etc. Is this okay or should I be worried?

I can understand your feelings. Practice hurting people on yourself until you have it perfected.

Fleeting thoughts are normal. Obsessing, planning or acting on them aren't.

I think there are times when we think extremely opposite of what we would do IRL. The difference between good people and assholes is that good people dont act on those thoughts. But you need an outlet. Hit the gym, lift weights, run, do kickboxing, you got great motivation, use it to your advantage.

There’s a big difference between cognitive dissonance and plotting to act on violent or disturbing thoughts.

Yeah, it's normal, but don't actually hurt paople. If it becomes too unbearable, take it out on a pillow or punching bag.

Homicidal and suicidal thoughts are normal but I still think seeing someone would be the right thing to do you might have some anger or something like that bottled up emotions and don't realize it but I would be a hypocrite if I didn't say that I don't like seeing the therapist either

I get aggressive thoughts about people, but not randomly. Usually only towards people who have harassed or hurt me.

With that being said, an outlet for violent and aggressive urges is good, maybe exercising. I think everyone has aggressive thoughts, but acting on it is another thing entirely.
