this is too freaking simple. you are on the internet. jeez louise. do a search and see if its legal in your state to marry your cousin. if you can't marry them, see if its legal to co-habitat with your cousin. hell, some states won't let you marry your cousin, but you can co-habitat, have sex and its perfectly legal. only 8 or 9 states won't let you marry your cousin. kentucky has some of the strictest laws.
They have the term kissing cousins for a reason, it's normal to fantasize, it's not totally normal to act out. But it's dangerous.
