Is it normal that i want to have cold feet while my upper body is warm?

Recently I have had some trouble sleeping, and in the dreadful hours i have spent awake a particullar thing have annoyed me. My legs get warm and swetty to the extent that they stick together. Then i try laying in the bed without my douvet. But then I start freezing. I F****** HATE IT!!!

So here is my question: Is it normal for this to happen, and to hate it? Or is it like the flies in africa? (you eventually get used to it and don't bother doing anything about it)

I like the opposite. *Very* warm feet and warm body (but not too warm).

Stick your legs out the side of the duvet. Problem solved!

Id ajust the temperature and see a docter if it persists. oh, and the reason sometimes your hands or feet get cold is just because you have less flesh/blood/whatever and so it gets cold faster, if that make sense. <3

It could be poor circulation or a vitamin/mineral deficiency. For your bedding, try using wool or feather filled blankets/quilts.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I don't like to have sweaty feet while under the blankets, but yet, I don't like having cold feet either.

I guess there isn't really a medium option.

  • Is your duvet filled with synthetic fibres or is it feather?

Using a mattress pad and duvet made only of natural materials like cotton, wool, or silk, helps regulate body temperature while sleeping. Avoid polyester, it's yucky!

Do you smoke? It could be just poor circulation, it happens to me often.
